Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Agriculture Equipment (Arua)

About the role

We are seeking a Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote agricultural equipment and machinery across Arua and surrounding regions. You will engage directly with farmers, dealers, and industrial customers, demonstrating solutions that improve productivity and support community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit farms, industries and dealers to present and demonstrate our equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence and report findings.
• Record daily activities in the Odoo CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Represent the brand at events, exhibitions and local fairs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3+ years of field sales experience, preferably in agriculture or generator sectors.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across cities and villages in Uganda.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Basic proficiency in English; local languages are a plus.
