About the role
Provide hair care services such as cutting, designing, coloring, and styling to guests at the spa. Ensure guest comfort and safety while delivering high‑quality salon experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Shampoo, condition, and rinse guests' hair and evaluate skin, hair, or nail condition.
- Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.
- Set up and maintain workstations, sterilize tools, and monitor daily schedule.
- Handle inappropriate guest behavior by stopping service and informing a supervisor.
- Maintain current licensure, report accidents, and follow all company policies.
Required profile
- Technical, trade, or vocational school education.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Customer service and product recommendation.
