About the role
Red Dot Distribution is looking for an experienced HPE Sales Executive to lead the promotion of Hewlett Packard Enterprise solutions in Uganda. You will act as the primary link between Red Dot, HPE and local distributors, driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and resellers across Uganda.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for HPE hardware and software products.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Manage key distributor accounts to ensure alignment with HPE objectives.
- Deliver product and sales training to distributor teams to enhance their capability.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven track record in selling IT hardware and software, preferably HPE or comparable enterprise solutions.
- Strong experience in distributor and channel management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
