International Education Recruitment & Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic International Education Recruitment & Sales Consultant to join our Kampala office. You will be the front‑line ambassador for German higher‑education and vocational programmes, guiding East African candidates from first enquiry through to successful placement.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for European (especially German) university and Ausbildung programmes.
• Manage the sales pipeline, meet or exceed defined targets and KPIs.
• Conduct virtual and face‑to‑face presentations, negotiations and follow‑ups with prospective students and partners.
• Provide end‑to‑end client support, including application assistance, visa guidance, travel and accommodation coordination.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure smooth hand‑over to the operations team.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, education or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, business development or recruitment, preferably within international education.
• Strong lead‑generation skills and ability to manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities, both online and in person.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering a high‑quality client experience.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software to track leads and sales activities.
