About the role

Cadence Education is seeking an inspiring Preschool Director to lead a vibrant early‑learning community. You will oversee a team of educators, ensure a safe and joyful environment, and drive the school’s curriculum to exceed state and national standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, nurturing preschool setting that supports each child’s growth.
• Implement and monitor a high‑quality curriculum aligned with licensing requirements.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and children to foster community.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 20–40 educators.
• Achieve enrollment and financial targets while prioritising quality of care.
• Represent the school at marketing events and community outreach.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, sanitation, federal and state regulations.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in an early‑childhood facility with multiple classrooms.
• Meets state licensing standards for a director, including background screening and fingerprinting.
• Bachelor’s degree (or associate) in Early Childhood Education or related field with supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
