About the role
Ipas is seeking a Program Associate to support the implementation of sexual and reproductive health projects across Uganda. Reporting to the Senior Health Systems Advisor, you will assist technical staff with day‑to‑day coordination, budgeting, and partner engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and track activity budgets for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with donor requirements.
- Manage contracts and implementation plans, coordinating consultant agreements and related documentation.
- Organise meetings, workshops, and training sessions for community groups, NGOs, and CBOs.
- Support reporting, documentation, and dissemination of program materials.
- Assist in building partnerships with institutions, NGOs, and community groups to promote reproductive health rights.
Required profile
- Experience in project coordination or program support within the health sector.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners and stakeholders.
- Commitment to advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights for women and girls.
Required skills
- Budget development and financial tracking.
- Contracts management.
- Planning and coordination of training and community outreach activities.
