Sales & Marketing Specialist – Customer Growth

About the role

Sparzine Laundromat is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and revenue growth at its flagship location in Kampala. You will combine creative marketing tactics with hands‑on sales leadership to attract new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that highlight Sparzine’s eco‑friendly laundry services.
• Identify, qualify and pursue sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate the on‑site sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Create promotional materials, manage social media presence and coordinate in‑store events.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales management, lead generation and closing deals.
• Background in developing and supporting marketing initiatives.
• Organisational and analytical mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
