Teller – Cash Management & Customer Service

About the role
We are seeking a diligent Teller to join our finance team, supporting vulnerable children programs across multiple countries. The role involves handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing courteous service to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and disburse funds from and to clients.
- Prepare daily reports on fund availability and movements.
- Secure cash in the safe and investigate any discrepancies.
- Record all deposit and withdrawal transactions in the computer system.
- Ensure daily balances are reconciled at the end of each shift.
Required profile
- Graduate in economics or finance with good knowledge of micro‑finance.
- At least one year of experience as a cashier or customer‑service representative in a bank.
- Fluent in French and Lingala; additional local languages are a plus.
- Committed Christian values, honesty, discipline, and courteous attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
