About the role

TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda Limited is launching a 2026 Young Graduate Program for fresh graduates. The program offers a full‑time, on‑site experience where participants work alongside seasoned professionals, mentors and coaches to apply their academic knowledge in a live business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through Engineering, Finance, Sales and Marketing departments to gain cross‑functional exposure.
• Support ongoing projects, data analysis, and reporting tasks under the guidance of senior staff.
• Assist in the preparation of market studies, financial models, and operational plans.
• Participate in structured training sessions, workshops and mentorship activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and support business initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Sales or Marketing.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
