Account Management Agent

About the role

The Account Management Agent will oversee customer accounts for Tugende Limited, ensuring timely repayments and strong relationships. You will vet new customers, manage loan cycles, and support incident resolution while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Vet and onboard prospective customers, verifying eligibility and documentation in line with credit policies.
• Monitor loan repayments, follow up on outstanding payments, address concerns, and escalate defaults.
• Coordinate incident management such as accidents, theft, or asset impoundment, including insurance claims and asset recovery.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships, gather feedback, support retention and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Keep customer data up‑to‑date in the CRM, document interactions, and ensure compliance with transparency requirements.

Required profile

• A’ level or higher education.
• At least one year of field‑based experience, preferably in loan management or collections.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with lending products, financial services and CRM software.
