Architect CAD & Construction Documentation – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a remote Architect specialized in CAD and construction documentation to produce detailed architectural and engineering drawings for a variety of projects. The role involves creating floor plans, elevations, and comprehensive documentation packages while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive 2D/3D CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
• Prepare accurate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) callouts for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and annotate multi‑sheet electrical schematics to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, ensuring manufacturability and functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
• Deliver complete documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multi‑document sets.
• Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience working remotely with cross‑functional teams (a plus).

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard 2D/3D CAD tools.
• PCB layout design expertise.
• Ability to generate and interpret GD&T callouts.
• Experience creating multi‑sheet electrical schematics.
