Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven, highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. In this role you will play a key part in driving revenue growth, supporting and leading our sales team, and building strong, long‑lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive top‑line revenue growth by executing strategic sales plans and meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets.
• Support, coach, and supervise members of the sales team to enhance productivity, performance, and field execution.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct active field visits, prospective client engagements, and negotiations across target market areas.
• Monitor daily/weekly sales activities, maintain pipeline visibility, and report outcomes to management.
• Lead and support key client meetings, presenting solutions effectively and closing sales deals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities, with strong interpersonal and client‑relationship skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, highly motivated and willing to work actively in the field.
