审计监察主管 (Audit & Supervision Supervisor)

About the role

The Audit & Supervision Supervisor will lead internal audit activities across all departments, ensuring robust internal controls, risk management, and compliance with company policies. This role reports directly to senior management and works closely with finance, HR, legal, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits to assess control effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, and policy breaches, documenting evidence and findings.
• Monitor adherence to internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards, recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve processes, collaborating with relevant departments for implementation.
• Support the development and delivery of compliance, ethics, and anti‑fraud training.
• Conduct follow‑up audits to verify the effectiveness of corrective measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven internal auditing experience, including fraud investigation and compliance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and audit methodologies.
• High integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English for an international business environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with audit software.
