The Brand Representative brings the store experience to life by engaging customers with genuine care, representing the brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment for all shoppers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, assisting them in finding what they need, and keeping the store well presented.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service, anticipate customer needs, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales floor, including folding, hanging, sizing, and meeting presentation standards.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Assist with omni‑channel orders by handling Save the Sale transactions, fulfilling In‑Store Pick‑Up requests, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.
