Business Modeling Trainer

About the role

Techbuzz Hub is seeking a Business Modeling Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programmes that strengthen organisational competitiveness. The trainer will work closely with the Hub’s training team to create curriculum, produce engaging learning materials, and lead interactive sessions for a variety of learners. This position plays a pivotal role in fostering innovative thinking and professional growth within client organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously update business modeling course content, including case studies, templates, and practical exercises that reflect current industry practices.
• Lead the curriculum development process, coordinating with subject‑matter experts to ensure alignment with learning objectives and standards.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions, workshops, and coaching clinics, adapting delivery methods to diverse participant needs.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and feedback to learners, assessing progress and recommending further development pathways.

Required profile

• A diploma, degree or equivalent academic qualification in business, economics, education or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing curricula or training content, preferably in business modeling or similar disciplines.
• Hands‑on experience practising business modeling techniques within a professional environment.
• Proven track record of mentoring, coaching or teaching adult learners to achieve measurable outcomes.
