About the role
A & M Executive Cleaning Services Ltd is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead its cleaning operations in Kampala, Kamwokya. The position is full‑time and involves overseeing a range of services including residential, commercial, deep, vehicle, upholstery, and laundry cleaning.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning activities across all service categories.
- Ensure cleaning standards are met for residential and commercial clients.
- Coordinate schedules for vehicle and upholstery cleaning tasks.
- Monitor quality of laundry services.
- Manage cleaning staff and allocate duties.
- Report operational issues to management.
Required profile
- At least one month of experience in cleaning or a related field.
- Ability to work on‑site in Kampala.
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures.
- Good organizational abilities.
