About the role
This position is focused on driving insurance product sales on a commission basis. The successful candidate will work from our Kamwokya office in Kampala, identifying and engaging potential customers to expand our market reach.
Key responsibilities
- Identify ideal prospects for our insurance services and products.
- Research and pinpoint target markets that align with company growth objectives.
- Achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the company.
Required profile
- Minimum of one month experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong motivation to work on a commission‑based compensation model.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
