Community Manager

About the role

MAAD is seeking a creative, social‑first Community Manager who lives and breathes digital culture. You will manage multiple client brands across social platforms, craft engaging content, grow online communities, and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives.
• Create, publish and schedule content on Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat and emerging platforms.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns in collaboration with creative and media teams.
• Cover live events with real‑time Stories, Reels and video.
• Monitor trends, cultural moments and competitor activity to keep brands relevant.
• Use social listening and analytics tools to track performance and produce monthly reports.
• Present calendars, reports and recommendations while managing client expectations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, research and productivity.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media or community management, preferably agency‑based.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and visual design sense.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, trends and platform best practices.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable and a genuine passion for social media and popular culture.
