Contract Specialist - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to work remotely on a contract‑drafting project. The role involves creating high‑quality legal templates and annotated examples that will be used to train an AI system.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and produce templates, samples and annotated examples for Master Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements and other licensing contracts.
• Ensure all documents comply with current legal standards, industry best practices and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well‑structured, high‑quality documents to contribute to the project’s AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally in writing and verbally to clarify requirements and deliverables.

Required profile

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements such as MSAs, lease, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to clarity and accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote collaboration environment.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology or AI‑enabled platforms is a plus.
