Credit Sales Officer

About the role

The Credit Sales Officer will support the growth of Azima Financial Services' credit sales function. You will help optimise key performance indicators, execute sales strategies and ensure cost‑efficient operations while maintaining strong, ethical relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in expanding the Credit Sales function and optimise its CSFs/KPIs.
• Execute short‑ and long‑term credit sales strategies and plans.
• Maintain positive, trust‑based relationships with customers, board members, shareholders, partners and regulators.
• Ensure all credit sales activities comply with legal, ethical and regulatory requirements.
• Guide and collaborate with other credit sales staff, communicating policies and legal implications clearly.
• Deputise for the Head of Credit Sales when required.
• Support recovery and collection of outstanding fees, arrears and late payment charges.

Required profile

• Entry‑level qualification with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of credit sales processes and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and support team members.
