Digital Marketing Trainee (On‑site, Kampala)

About the role

TechBuzz Hub is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to join its collaborative space in Kampala. You will support the team in creating and executing social media and online marketing campaigns while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms.
• Analyze web traffic and campaign performance using web analytics tools.
• Create marketing content such as articles, blog posts, and social media copy.
• Conduct research, edit, and proofread content to ensure quality.
• Develop and support content strategy in collaboration with the team.
• Coordinate online marketing efforts and communicate updates to clients and teammates.

Required profile

• Interest or background in social media and digital marketing.
• Strong written communication and editing abilities.
• Proactive learner eager to stay updated on digital trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant degree (e.g., IT, communications, marketing, journalism) is a plus.
