Electrical Commissioning Supervisor

About the role

The Electrical Commissioning Supervisor will lead the commissioning of electrical systems on the EACOP pipeline project, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution. You will coordinate contractors and local teams, guarantee knowledge transfer and uphold the highest HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site electrical commissioning activities and monitor contractor performance.
• Review commissioning dossiers, test procedures and technical documentation.
• Coordinate interfaces with construction, commissioning and operations teams.
• Witness FAT, SAT, loop checks and functional testing; support energisation activities.
• Verify installation readiness, manage punch‑list closure and report progress.
• Enforce project HSE requirements, participate in toolbox talks and promote safety culture.
• Mentor less‑experienced local personnel and ensure proper knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical commissioning experience in Oil & Gas or Energy projects.
• Experience on large EPC projects; strong knowledge of MV/LV systems and electrical protection.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, high‑intensity environment.
