Enterprise Solution & IT Product Manager

About the role

The role focuses on aligning technical solutions with market needs, driving sales growth and fostering customer engagement for carrier‑IT offerings. You will work closely with sales, R&D and delivery teams to translate complex technologies into business value for telecom operators.

Key responsibilities

• Drive solution sales and marketing for carrier IT products such as Cloud, AI, Storage, Big Data, Data Warehouse, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
• Collaborate with sales/account teams to craft value propositions and compelling customer‑facing messaging.
• Lead customer workshops, demos and proof‑of‑concept engagements to support business development.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to shape solution packaging and positioning.
• Support proposal development, RFP responses and participation in trade shows and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise/telco IT.
• Strong background with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud, GCP).
• Experience with IT infrastructure, virtualization and data‑centre technologies.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML, especially in telecom or enterprise use cases.
• Familiarity with storage, disaster recovery, big data platforms and data‑warehouse tools.
• Ability to translate complex IT solutions into clear business value for telecom operators.
