About the role
We are looking for energetic Field Sales Agents to promote Lexwell Foods’ noodle range across assigned territories in Kampala. You will be the face of the brand, building relationships with retailers and ensuring our products are visible on shelves.
Key responsibilities
- Sell and promote noodle products in the designated area.
- Grow the customer base and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor product visibility.
- Report sales activities and market feedback to the management team.
Required profile
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 12 months of experience in FMCG sales (senior level preferred).
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the territory.
Required skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
What we offer
- Monthly salary of UGX 400,000.
- Weekly facilitation allowance.
- Attractive commission structure.
