About the role
The Finance Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting and reporting for Donswift Company Limited’s construction projects in Kampala. This role ensures robust financial controls, cash flow management and statutory compliance to support profitable project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting and reporting processes.
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure statutory compliance.
- Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance of projects.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to aid management decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management and financial reporting.
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
