In‑Home Personal Trainer – Flexible Schedule

About the role

We are looking for certified personal trainers to deliver in‑home and on‑site fitness sessions for clients in the Fort Lee area and surrounding locations. The role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part‑time or full‑time while focusing on coaching rather than gym‑floor sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized training sessions at clients’ homes, offices or other locations.
• Design individualized workout programs based on client goals and abilities.
• Perform client reassessments, track progress and adjust programs accordingly.
• Maintain accurate session notes and client records using GYMGUYZ technology.
• Motivate clients, provide accountability and communicate professionally.

Required profile

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client sites.
• Comfort with mobile and web‑based scheduling platforms such as Mindbody or Trainerize.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Trainerize platform.
