Insurance Sales Agent – Full-time Remote

About the role

Liberty Uganda is seeking enthusiastic Sales Agents to work remotely on a full‑time basis. You will engage existing and prospective customers, understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products from our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects via phone, email and online channels to introduce Liberty Uganda’s insurance solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits and pricing, guiding customers through the application and onboarding process.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product changes, promotions and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening ability.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation, empathy and problem‑solving mindset.
• Proven sales abilities including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Basic understanding of insurance concepts and willingness to learn product details.
• Motivation to engage in continuous learning and apply new knowledge.
• Minimum education equivalent to Senior 6 with practical sales experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital communication tools (email, phone, online messaging platforms).
