Integration & DevOps Engineer – DART Project

About the role

Palladium is seeking an Integration & DevOps Engineer to support the Data‑Activated Architecture for Resilient Transition (DART) project for Uganda's Ministry of Health. The role focuses on designing, building, testing, deploying and maintaining secure integrations for digital health systems, data warehouses and health information exchanges.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integration solutions between Ministry of Health (MOH) digital platforms, EMR systems and the National Data Warehouse.
• Develop, test and deploy CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, repeatable releases.
• Maintain and monitor integration services for security, performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with MOH teams on data‑center design, cybersecurity measures and HIE operations.
• Support workforce certification activities and documentation of integration standards.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 48 months of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in integration engineering and DevOps practices within complex, data‑intensive environments.
• Ability to work closely with government stakeholders and adapt solutions to local standards and governance.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on delivering secure, maintainable solutions.
