IT Graduate Trainee

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Graduate Trainee to deliver first‑line IT support to employees at our Kampala office. This entry‑level role provides practical experience in installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, printers and network connectivity within a hospitality services setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support to employees.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, printers and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Maintain internet and Wi‑Fi connectivity.
• Create and manage user accounts, email accounts and passwords.
• Install software updates and antivirus solutions.
• Perform routine data backups.
• Maintain an IT asset register.
• Coordinate repairs with external vendors.
• Prepare monthly IT reports and improvement recommendations.
• Support the company website and digital platforms when required.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate (recent graduate or equivalent).
• Willingness to learn and provide first‑line support.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
