IT Graduate Trainee

About the role

The IT Graduate Trainee position offers a recent graduate the opportunity to develop practical IT support skills within a dynamic company environment. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support to end‑users.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, peripherals and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Assist in managing user accounts, email configuration and system access.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates and backups.
• Monitor IT equipment, report faults and support maintenance activities.
• Document technical problems and their resolutions.
• Support the rollout of new IT projects and technologies while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Graduated within the last two years.
• Strong foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and networking.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and common business applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
