Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to work remotely on a contract basis. The specialist will ensure logistics documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with best industry practices.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for authenticity and accuracy.
• Develop and annotate sample documentation to illustrate best practices.
• Evaluate current supply chain workflows and recommend improvements based on real‑world experience.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on document structure and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts.
• Participate in quality‑assurance processes by validating supply chain data sets.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials that reflect industry standards.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Strong understanding of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply‑chain operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proven analytical skills.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment and deliver high‑quality contributions on time.
