Loyalty and Payment Solutions Manager

About the role

The Loyalty and Payment Solutions Manager will design and deliver customer‑focused loyalty programmes and payment solutions that boost engagement, retention and transaction growth for Vivo Energy Uganda’s fuel, lubricants, LPG and card offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Design innovative loyalty programmes across all sub‑brands, building business cases and forecasting ROI.
• Benchmark the Customer Value Proposition against market trends and drive segmentation and data‑analytics initiatives.
• Lead procurement of loyalty platforms, negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure technology, systems and digital platforms are in place to support scalable programme growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT and Finance to integrate loyalty solutions into customer touchpoints.
• Drive change‑management and training programmes for internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, report insights to senior management and adjust programmes to meet targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and managing loyalty programmes in a multi‑brand environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data for segmentation and ROI forecasting.
• Experience in vendor evaluation, contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, IT and finance teams.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
