About the role
The Management Accountant will support Donswift Company Limited’s construction projects by providing accurate budgeting, cost control and financial insight. Working closely with project teams, you will help drive profitability and informed decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare project budgets, cost reports and financial analyses to improve profitability.
- Monitor project costs, inventory and resource utilisation, recommending corrective actions when needed.
- Produce timely management reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial compliance and accurate cost allocation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with a CIMA qualification.
- Minimum three years of experience in management accounting, costing or project accounting.
- Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.
