About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will lead the promotion of a diverse portfolio of brands within the Baifam Group. This senior‑level position is responsible for shaping brand strategy, executing data‑driven campaigns, and coordinating internal and external communications across multiple industry sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align cohesive marketing strategies for a multi‑industry portfolio of brands.
• Design, launch, and monitor data‑driven marketing campaigns and multimedia production initiatives.
• Lead corporate public relations, media outreach, and internal communications for all group companies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and market positioning.
• Analyse campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing multimedia production and campaign development.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑industry brand portfolios in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Strong adaptability, creative problem‑solving, and proactive leadership.
