Online Sales Agent – Commission Based

About the role

The Online Sales Agent will promote and sell pcmall IT products and solutions using personal networks and online platforms such as WhatsApp and social media. This is a fully remote, commission‑based position that rewards proactive networking and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through personal contacts and digital channels.
• Present accurate product information and technical details to help customers decide.
• Manage the sales funnel, moving prospects from inquiry to purchase.
• Hand over complex or high‑value deals to the internal pcmall team for final closing.
• Generate independent sales leads to meet commission targets.

• High digital literacy and comfort with social media/messaging platforms for business.
• Excellent communication skills to explain IT products clearly.
