Online Sales Agent – IT Products (Remote)

About the role

The Online Sales Agent will promote and sell pcmall IT products and solutions using personal networks and online platforms such as WhatsApp, social media and referrals. Working entirely online, you will identify potential customers, share accurate product information and guide interested buyers toward a purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through personal networks and digital channels.
• Promote pcmall IT products and solutions to a targeted audience.
• Provide accurate technical details to help customers make informed decisions.
• Manage the sales funnel, moving prospects from inquiry to purchase.
• Hand over complex or high‑value deals to the internal pcmall team for final closing.
• Generate independent sales leads to meet commission targets.

Required profile

• High level of persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong digital literacy and proficiency with social‑media/messaging platforms.
• Excellent communication ability to explain IT products clearly.
• Creative, proactive and able to work autonomously without supervision.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills
