Product Officer – Business & Marketing Initiatives

About the role

The Product Officer will support planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of product projects. The role focuses on driving business strategy for existing products and developing new initiatives and marketing campaigns to increase adoption of the bank's services across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the product team in upgrading and refreshing trade applications.
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop a social‑media communication strategy that enhances brand profile and market reach.
• Support the Senior Product Manager in delivering new product initiatives and preparing product development plans.
• Help develop project budgets, conduct budget reviews and analyses, and prepare regular progress reports for management.
• Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and track deliverables from project contractors.
• Promote new and existing products through promotional campaigns and assess their effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of one month of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Spreadsheet software proficiency.
