Professional Sales Representative

About the role

Platinum Credit Limited is seeking a full‑time Professional Sales Representative to join its Kampala branch. You will promote a range of micro‑finance products to new and existing clients, guiding them through the loan application process while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in the Kampala market.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms.
• Conduct client needs assessments and assist applicants with documentation.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and maintain accurate client interaction records.
• Follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion and maintain a strong customer portfolio.
• Collaborate with branch staff and management on marketing initiatives and compliance matters.

Required profile

• Proven ability in customer relationship management and trust building.
• Strong sales and negotiation experience, preferably in financial services.
• Effective communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Basic numeracy and financial literacy to understand loan terms and credit evaluation.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities for handling multiple client cases.
• Minimum diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; micro‑finance or banking experience is a plus.
• High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client‑focused service.
