Quality Assurance Manager (ISO Certifications Required)

About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operation and continuous improvement of TERYA’s quality management system across a multidisciplinary engineering and construction business. You will translate ISO standards into practical inspection and test plans, audit real work practices, close non‑conformances, and turn quality data into actionable decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement inspection and test plans based on ISO 9001 requirements.
• Conduct internal audits across civil, building, electrical, energy, automation, and testing departments.
• Manage non‑conformances, ensuring proper root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor and report quality metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Drive supplier performance improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 24 months of experience in quality management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO/IEC 17025.
• Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and communicate findings clearly.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on reducing defects and re‑work.
