Quality System Supervisor

About the role

Twyford International is looking for a proactive Quality System Supervisor to help build, implement and continuously improve the factory’s quality management system. Working closely with the Quality Manager and Technical Department, you will ensure that all processes meet ISO 9001 standards and internal quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the factory’s quality management system and promote quality awareness.
• Assist in developing, updating and optimizing quality manuals, process documents, work instructions and record forms.
• Supervise compliance with procedures across all departments and ensure operational standardisation.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Communicate system updates, technical parameters and standards to relevant teams.
• Coordinate customer factory visits and external audits.
• Monitor document control, identify non‑compliant documents and recommend improvements.
• Support process optimisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality systems, assurance or control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Experience conducting internal audits and managing corrective/preventive actions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
