About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who will drive new business growth through a consultative selling approach. The successful candidate will identify and qualify leads, turning them into valuable sales opportunities for both new and existing customers while contributing to the overall revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Create and develop business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Identify, qualify and nurture leads using a consultative sales methodology.
- Manage complex negotiations and close deals with senior‑level executives.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of over‑achieving sales quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
