Sales Executive

About the role

DHS Africa is expanding its presence across Uganda and seeks dynamic Sales Executives to promote its hospital management system, Meridian, to clinics and hospitals in Kampala and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Visit clinics and hospitals in Kampala and surrounding areas to present Meridian.
• Book and hold meetings with owners, directors, and administrators.
• Generate leads through cold visits, calls and personal network.
• Follow up with interested facilities until deals are closed, coordinating with the team.
• Plan daily routes, log visits in the sales app, and hand over ready facilities for demos or signing.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of sales or field marketing experience.
• Comfortable with cold visits and cold calls.
• Strong understanding of technology and digital systems, able to explain software.
• Excellent spoken English and professional presentation skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and able to approach decision makers.
• Independent, self‑managed schedule.
• Owns a smartphone and based in Kampala.
• Experience selling software or tech products and existing network in the healthcare sector (a plus).
