Sales Executive Uganda

About the role

As a Sales Executive for Glovo in Kampala, you will be the bridge between local merchants and our fast‑growing marketplace. You will help small stores and larger brands gain visibility on the Glovo platform, driving growth for both partners and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead qualification to onboarding and early performance monitoring.
• Negotiate visibility assets and tailor product offers to meet partner needs and city dynamics.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain a high‑quality sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content, Operations, Finance) to resolve onboarding issues.
• Track early partner performance and intervene when metrics fall short.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
• Mid‑level professional with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional local team.
