Sales & Marketing Intern – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our real‑estate team for a six‑month internship. You will assist the sales department in generating leads, engaging clients and supporting property‑related marketing activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in prospecting and generating new real‑estate leads.
• Conduct client follow‑ups via calls, emails, social media and physical activations.
• Assist in organising property site visits and client presentations.
• Participate in mall activations, roadshows, exhibitions and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and agents.
• Promote company projects and provide accurate product information.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and social‑media engagement.
• Help achieve departmental sales targets and monthly revenue goals.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Communication or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and target‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the real‑estate industry.
