Sales Officer

About the role

Uwezo Microfinance Limited is seeking energetic Sales Officers to join its team in Kamwokya, Kampala. The role focuses on expanding the client base, delivering tailored micro‑finance solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and qualify new potential clients or institutional buyers to grow market reach.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Conduct on‑site or virtual client visits, present products, and negotiate pricing.
• Provide after‑sales support, handle inquiries, resolve complaints and promote client retention.
• Monitor competitor activities, product trends and regional market demand.
• Track sales activities, pipeline progress and report any issues.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in any discipline.
• Entry‑level candidates; no prior experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
