About the role
Join Keredo Services as a Sales & Shop Attendant at our Nakasero branch in Kampala. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers, driving sales and keeping the showroom and storage areas organized.
Key responsibilities
- Serve and assist walk‑in customers professionally.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom.
- Update and manage sales records in the POS system.
- Retrieve and replenish stock between the showroom (ground floor) and store (5th floor).
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate local purchases for other Keredo Stores branches.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales and operational reports.
Required profile
- Honest, reliable and self‑motivated.
- Physically fit and able to move regularly between showroom and storage areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Microsoft Office.
