About the role
We are looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our insurance agency on a full‑time, on‑site basis. Based in our Central office, you will identify potential clients, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue through targeted sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Manage existing customer accounts and ensure a seamless experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Proactively solve client problems and address their needs.
Required profile
- Proven ability in customer relationship management, communication, and networking.
- Experience with sales strategies, negotiation, and lead generation.
- Capability to analyse market trends, spot new opportunities, and adapt approaches.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales or business development is advantageous.
