About the role
The Security Supervisor will lead the security team at Uganda Tea Corporation Limited, ensuring a safe environment for staff, assets, and production facilities. This full‑time position involves daily oversight of guards, incident investigation, and risk mitigation.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, schedule and support security personnel to achieve effective team performance.
- Investigate security incidents, report risks and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct boundary inspections, report encroachments and maintain secure company perimeters.
- Maintain accurate security records, reports and documentation.
- Communicate management directives and perform duties assigned by the Security Manager.
Required profile
- A‑Level certificate with experience in a security role, preferably ex‑soldier or ex‑police.
- At least two years of experience in a similar supervisory position.
- Ability to enforce compliance, maintain discipline and uphold high integrity.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and willingness to work onsite.
Required skills
- Proficiency with digital monitoring tools.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
