Training Assistant – UN C4ISR Academy

About the role

The Training Assistant supports the UN C4ISR Academy within the Regional Service Centre in Entebbe, assisting in the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes for uniformed, civilian and mission staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate training and staff development programmes covering technical, safety, leadership and communication topics.
• Design training catalogues and disseminate information on learning opportunities to mission staff.
• Organise and schedule workshops, briefings and refresher courses at RSCE and other locations.
• Prepare training reports, update material and ensure equipment readiness.
• Provide ICT support and coordinate cross‑cutting training such as gender and ICT modules.
• Manage the e‑learning portal, enrolments and learning management systems.
• Collect and maintain statistical data on training activities and liaise with military and UN police training officers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

• Data collection and statistical reporting on training activities.
