About the role
The Washing Bay Supervisor will lead the car‑wash team to deliver fast, high‑quality service while ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the car‑wash team to meet daily service targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships by handling inquiries, feedback and service issues professionally.
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, adherence to standards and timely completion of all vehicles.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a car‑detailing, washing bay or professional cleaning company.
- Strong leadership and team‑supervision abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
